Meet the Founder
James Samford
James spent 7+ years as Vice President of Technology at a national enterprise group, where he led the digital transformation of multiple brands operating nationwide. He architected the automation frameworks, AI integrations, and data pipelines that connected dozens of platforms across CRM, finance, logistics, HR, compliance, and client operations — turning operational complexity into systems that scale.
Starting in operations, he rose through leadership to direct all technology and cybersecurity across the organization. He built the enterprise infrastructure that grew a small team into a nationwide workforce of hundreds — writing hundreds of automation scripts, designing custom APIs, and maintaining HIPAA and PCI DSS compliance across every production system.
He founded Samford Labs to bring that same discipline to other businesses: replacing manual workflows with production-grade systems, bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution, and measuring every engagement by the results it delivers.
